The human face contains experiences, places lived, people met, events we have got through in the entire life. It representes the world in which every person is born and lives. According to the american psychoanalyst, essayist and philosopher James Hillman, the beauty of the face reveal the character, from which originate the strenght of the face, as an image of intelligence, authority, tragedy, bravery and depth of the soul. As a diary, the face tells what we have done of ourselves: fears, happiness, anxiety, choices and expectations. At the same time, writing a diary is to give a proof of a lived existance, to transfer in the line traced by a pen the same lines which mark the faces.
